I believe in eating the right foods in the right amounts, no extreme diets or restrictions, just balanced, sustainable habits. Holding a B.Sc in Food, Nutrition & Dietetics and an M.Sc in Kidney Nutrition, I also bring specialized expertise as a Diabetes Educator, Bariatric Nutritionist, and Certified Yoga Instructor.
With a strong foundation of trust and results, I’ve proudly served over 5,000 clients across India and around the world — spanning 12+ countries and Singapore. My approach has led to a collective weight loss of more than 11,111 kilos through sustainable, balanced nutrition. Having completed over 5,000 consultations both online and offline, I continue to empower individuals with personalized wellness plans.
